Created by chef Leo Paixão, Ninita is an Italian restaurant inspired by the chef’s family heritage and memories of his grandmother, after whom the restaurant is named. Handmade pasta and traditional Italian recipes form the heart of the menu, presented with a contemporary approach and carefully selected Brazilian ingredients.
