The Sucuri River is known as one of the three clearest rivers in the world, due to the softness of its water after filtering through the limestone bedrock. The tour starts with a pleasant stroll along a trail through gallery forest to see a variety of flora and fauna and the river’s headspring. At the end of the trail, snorkeling down the Sucuri River allows you to see many different species of fish in lush aquatic vegetation. A support boat, wetsuits, special shoes and all necessary equipment are provided.
