This coastal excursion takes the visitor on a full-day tour of Canoa Quebrada beach and its surrounding area. Although Canoa Quebrada has grown considerably in recent years, it still retains much of its past history as a small fishing village. Nonetheless, the town has developed into a charming coastal tourist resort with a wide choice of restaurants and hotels. The adjacent beaches are broad and white, with a magnificent backdrop of towering dunes, the unmistakable hallmark of Canoa Quebrada, located on a peninsula 164km southeast of Fortaleza.
The town’s main street has been nicknamed “Broadway”, as this is where most of the bars, restaurants and accommodation are concentrated. Amongst a range of possible activities, the visitor can go on a buggy trip through the dune lands or enjoy a swim in the refreshing reef-protected waters of this idyllic beach.
