A day of contrasts, on this guided walk through the Atlantic Rainforest we take in a local fishing village, the most beautiful beaches in the region and finish up at a gated community for the super-rich.

After a 40 minute journey by road we arrive at the start of the trail to the fishing village on Sono beach. Sono beach can only be reached by boat or by hiking through the Atlantic forest for about 1 1/2 hours. From there it’s only another 40 minutes to deserted Antigos beach, one of the best beaches in the region. After a swim and some beach time we head back to Sono beach for a delicious fresh seafood lunch. From Sono it’s a short taxi boat ride or a hike back to the main road that leads to Paraty.
